I am offering the BBC my services as Counsel gratis!!
I would dig his grave, chuck him in and bury him by way of the most satisfying cross-examination that any Counsel can possibly imagine.
My strategy would be to ensure that my client, the BBC, admits the Dotards allegations with ONE EXCEPTION, i.e., that he has suffered ANY REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE!!!!!!

who sponsored an attempted coup d'état on a democracy.
and pardoned those who attempted the coup.

YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PERSONAL REPUTATION THAT A REASONOBLE HUMAN BEING WOULD THINK, IMAGINE OR SUPPOSE COULD BE DAMAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And ... And ... And ... knowing this, you have to ask yourself which Counsel/Lawyer would ever put the Dotard in the witness stand and expose him to cross-examination since he is such a pathological liar.
His fans like Andrew Modimo Mclaggan and Gary Farr should realize that this is why he was convicted by a 12-man Jury on 34 felony counts. His legal team dared not put him in the witness stand and expose him to cross-examination, as much as he bellows, grunts and snorts his bile all day long the rest of the time.
