ANC's Functional Immorality.

However, from the time of Thabo Mbeki, it has been at the heart of ANC Leadership operational mode and culture that our people are actually stupid.

So, at every State of The Nation Address, (SONA) for 28 years, our people have been treated to promises … promises … promises … that have had no chance of fulfillment …

as ANC leadership is utterly convinced that the izithutha WILL continue to be fooled and keep them in power.

Thabo Mbeki's "Cadre Deployment" was served up as a tasty carrot to be swallowed up by the now Blek people as "empowering" them, whereas its true intent was to empower the ANC leadership gang, with Mbeki as the Capo Dei Capi, "Boss of All Bosses".

The Zondo Commission Report has exhaustively confirmed the absolutely rotten immoral self-serving functionally corrupt operational culture and mode that then set in.

In the Nkandla judgement our Constitutional Court scolded ANC leadership, and Parliament in particular, for its contempt of the Constitution and The Rule of Law.

However … NOTHING has changed … NOTHING has changed …. as proved, with blinding clarity, by the ANC votes in Parliament yesterday as regards the s 89 Committee Report on Phala Phala.

ANC Leaders made speech after speech Shamelessly Lying about the status of the Committee and its finding, claiming that the finding should be rejected as it was not one of "Guilty".

Constitutionally, and in terms of the iron clad terms and conditions that mandated the Committee, it was NEVER its function to determine Guilt or Innocence …

but to opine on whether or not there was a basis for the Constitutional step of Impeachment by Parliament to be embarked on.

The Committee's conclusion that President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa MAY … MAY … MAY have breached Constitution and Laws ..

is EXACTLY the Constitutional Trigger for Impeachment proceeding to be embarked on ..

to ascertain whether or not the President is Guilty and should be impeached.

However true to form, ANC leadership in Parliament served up a raft of obfuscation and lies to be swallowed up by our izithutha ...

and voted down the Committee Report.

As I have now repeatedly posted, ANOMIE, a culture of Functional Deviance, that has roots in the apartheid era, is deeply embedded, and ANC leadership is determined to keep it so …

because, like the Nats, they believe our people are that STUPID.
