Attempted Murder of Janusz Walus ...

is the product of mob justice ...

and a repudiation of a sacred freedom that cost so many lives and human sacrifice.

The reaction by so many of our leaders to a unanimous Constitutional Court Judgement, reinforcing the fundamental precept that Lady Justice is blind, and that All are Equal Under Law, is what triggered this attempted murder of a human being.

When you approve of this; when you are smug about this, when you are dismissive about this; understand, PLEASE UNDERSTAND that you are opening a door, in terms of which for reason, real or imagined, you too may become stripped of your Right to Equality Under Law.

PLEASE ... PLEASE ... PLEASE ... take a deep breath. put you head back ... and visualize Lady Justice ... blindfolded ... BLINDFOLDED ... because ... BECAUSE ... she is ABSOLUTELY BLIND to the difference in status of PERPETRATOR and VICTIM alike.

So, the fact that Chris Hani was the victim makes NO DIFFERENCE!!!

Human beings are EQUAL when alive and in death!

Had Walus murdered you he would have been released over a decade ago without ANY fuss, rantings and frothing at the mouth..

If you think, imagine and suppose that Hani's life was more valuable than yours, you have taken the first step to giving up the sacred freedoms that others gave ups so much for ... starting with Chris Hani himself.
